Privacy notice
Last updated September 18, 2026.
This is a public demonstration. Please do not enter real personal or confidential information.
What the service stores
While a conversation is active, the service keeps a private transcript for at most one hour. It purges that history immediately when the conversation reaches a terminal result such as a booking, refusal, escalation, or cap. Booking-tool name and contact fields are redacted before that private history is stored.
The public decision log stores the decision trail: timestamps, turn numbers, tool names, redacted tool arguments and results, the action taken, and the outcome. Visitor free text is not published. Its length and a deployment-specific hash are retained so the trail can be checked without publishing the text.
Cookies and technical data
The site uses an HttpOnly, SameSite cookie containing a server-generated conversation identifier. The operator may also receive the network address needed for abuse limits; it is salted and hashed before use in the application log. The service does not send visitor-entered contact details by email or text message.
Retention and deletion
Private conversation history is short-lived as described above. Public decision-log records are retained as the demonstration’s audit trail and contain redacted data rather than visitor free text. Because the site is a demo, the safest choice is not to submit real personal data in the first place.
